CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellation of Orders (not applicable):
Once confirmed we do not cancel any orders unless it is due to an exception such as - placement of order twice / duplication of order, in which case please notify us within 24 hours, at info.livetotell@gmail.com for initiating the cancellation.
Returns (not applicable):
Each product of ours is sustainably made-to-order for YOU. Therefore, after you place an order we do not offer Returns or Exchanges. All sales are final. No refunds on any orders will be made. No returns, exchanges or refunds are issued for custom-design order pieces and items purchased during sale or on discounted items.
Exchanges under special cases (Eligibility criteria):
You can apply for an exchange only if the product received is defective or damaged. The eligibility of our policy of Exchange for the above mentioned cases lasts for 48 hours after delivery of order from our end. Since all our products go through strict quality checks before being packed, chances are that the damage could be due to rough handling while in transit. Therefore, it is essential that you provide a video of the product being unboxed incase of damage which can be shared with our shipping partner within 48 hours. Under any circumstances if 48 hours have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), and the above steps haven’t been followed, unfortunately we would NOT be able to offer you an exchange.
Please note:
The customer must bear the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If you are eligible for an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be borne by you/the customer.
The procedure for an exchange are as follows:

Once your request for exchange is confirmed by our team, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order within 5-7 working days.
- Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are wrapped in bubble sheet and packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.

Once the product reaches us, our team will indulge into a thorough quality check. If the product passes our physical & chemical quality checks and we find that the product has not been used/misused/mishandled in any way, we will ship the new product to you.

In case the product runs out of stock or due to any reason we cannot provide you with a replaced product, the product value will be refunded in your bank account.
