From studying jewellery design to working in the industry for enormous jewellery houses to further designing & crafting pieces as a freelancer, I finally found my passion.
After several years of designing, exploring & manufacturing for various jewellery & couture labels, I decided to dive into something that I was even more passionate about. From the very first day I stepped into this ever evolving world of design, I hoped that someday I would see people wearing my designs. I envisioned creating a brand that would tell my stories while bringing my illustrations to life.
While the idea of creating my own label was still brewing, India was massively hit by COVID. I would see people around me not just being challenged physically but also mentally. Although the idea to start something of my own now seemed difficult, my passion to create a brand that was authentic, real & inclusive became even stronger. Hence, I set up a small team of karigars that needed support at the time and together we began creating mindfully and sustainably handcrafted pieces that would feel warm, inclusive, empowering and safe. Each design before being illustrated would be born out of something we felt, it would have a story behind it, a REAL one.
